Join us at CREW Winery on Saturday, November 18th, 2023, for a 6 PM start to an evening featuring a trio of expertly paired courses.
Course One:
Indulge in our Roasted Cauliflower, adorned with crispy chickpeas, spiced tomato, and baked feta, creating a symphony of flavors. This dish is beautifully complemented by our crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
Course Two:
Savor the richness of Pomegranate Braised Lamb Shanks, served alongside Israeli couscous, apricots, and spinach. Each bite is a perfect match for the depth and character of our Cabernet Franc.
Course Three:
Conclude your culinary journey with a Blood Orange Cake, accompanied by crème anglaise and a sprinkle of pistachio dust. Paired with our POSH cuvée, it’s a sweet finale to a memorable meal.
